Precinct 4 is in the design phase of a project to widen the two-lane road to four lanes between the Grand Parkway and 1,400 feet south of the Grand Parkway. The county will seek bids for the project in the fourth quarter of 2018. This is a joint participation project between Harris County and Municipal Utility Districts 367 and 383.
