Harris County Precinct 4 is in the design phase of a project to install a traffic signal at the intersection of Cypress Station Drive and Hollow Tree Lane. The notice to proceed with construction has been pushed from third quarter 2019 to fourth quarter 2019 due to utility relocation conflicts, Rocchi said.
