Segments 2 and 3 of the Gosling Road widening project, from Mossy Oaks Road to West Rayford Road and from West Rayford Road to Creekside Forest Drive—respectively—are in the study phase. Engineering will determine the alignment and whether the road will be expanded to four or five lanes. The timeline of the project is dependent on the passage of Harris County’s bond referendum on Nov. 3.
