The study and design phase of a project to extend Stuebner Airline Road between FM 2920 and the Grand Parkway in Spring as a four-lane concrete pavement began in June. The project will also upgrade the existing two-lane roadway to four-lane concrete pavement between the Grand Parkway and 1,500 feet north of the Grand Parkway.
