Scruples Boutique reached 40 years in business this March. The family-owned boutique, located at 5446 FM 1960, Houston, sells women's clothing. On May 4 from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., the store is hosting a lunch with mimosas. A portion of all Scruples and Harper Lou jewelry sales will support the Clemens family's medical bills. The Clemens children lost their parents and young sister in a head-on collision last April, and the other children were also injured and still need medical treatment and help.
