On Aug. 28, Installed Building Products of Houston signed a lease with Old Town Spring Business Park, located at 27347 West Hardy Road, Spring, according to a representative from Ryoak Real Estate. The lease is for 35,000 square feet, and an additional 13,125 square feet of space has been pre-leased. Giddy Up Development, the owner and developer, is delivering a total of 196,000 square feet of office and warehouse space in four buildings in Old Town Spring Business Park, according to Ryoak.
