Hop Scholar Ale House, 610 Rayford Road, Ste. 642, Spring, rolled out a new limited food menu June 15 to complement its extensive on-tap and bottled craft beer selection. New food options include the standard or HoScho brats, Gyros as well as Kimchi, Chimichurri or Naked fries with a choice of six different dipping sauces.
