The Harris County Precinct 4 project to widen Gosling Road includes upgrading a two-lane asphalt roadway to a five-lane concrete pavement between Spring Stuebner Road and the Grand Parkway, and upgrading the road to a four-lane concrete pavement between the Grand Parkway and Mossy Oaks Road. The original construction completion date was extended due to the need to acquire additional materials after Hurricane Harvey.
