Harris County Precinct 4 is widening the two-lane asphalt roadway to a four-lane concrete pavement section between West Mossy Oaks and West Rayford roads. The contractor is expected to finish the project next summer, said Pamela Rocchi, director of the Precinct 4 Capital Improvements Program.
