Calvin and Sujatha Kolluri will open Palette Indian Kitchen by early September at 3555 Rayford Road, Ste. 200, Spring. The fast-casual restaurant, named for the palette of colors presented in many Indian dishes, will serve traditional Indian food, such as a variety of curry options as well as Mediterranean, Thai and Cajun options. The restaurant features a buffet and full menu service as well as beer and wine.
