Crescent Moon Wine Bar reopened Jan. 19 at its original location at 440 Rayford Road, Ste. 115, Spring. The wine bar opened with an abbreviated menu that will continue to grow and expand throughout February. An official grand opening celebration will take place in mid-February, but the exact dates have yet to be announced. Daily happy hour specials from 5-7 p.m. are available now. 281-364-9463.
