Harris County Precinct 4 will begin construction on a $9.37 million project to widen Gosling Road between West Mossy Oaks and West Rayford roads in the first quarter of 2018. The $6.5 million project to widen a portion of the road between West Rayford Road and Creekside Forest Drive will go out for bid in the first quarter of 2018. Both parts of the project will widen the road from two to four lanes. Timeline: First quarter of 2018-TBD
