Bullritos plans to reopen Jan. 19 at 16000 Stuebner Airline Road, Spring, after completing renovations due to flood damage from Hurricane Harvey. The restaurant has been closed since the storm hit in late August. Renovations performed included replacing the drywall in the restaurant.
