MiMi J's Kitchen closed its physical storefront, located at 9337 Spring Cypress Road, Ste. G1, Spring, on Feb. 28, owner Jacque Guinn confirmed via email March 8. However, Guinn said customers will still be able to enjoy MiMi J's meals and desserts as the business will be returning to its roots and shifting to operating out of its commercial kitchen in the same location.
“The kitchen is located at the same address but is not accessible without entering two security gates,” Guinn said. “Therefore, customers will have to make an appointment to visit us or see us at one of the local farmers markets come spring.”
Guinn noted she is working on implementing a delivery service and adding a refrigerated meal package.
“Once our menu has returned online, customers can place orders via our website,” Guinn said. “We'll package the order and have it ready when they arrive at the property. We'll bring it up and through the gate as quickly as possible.”
