Los Cucos Mexican Cafe is set to open a new location in Spring, according to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

An opening timeline has not been confirmed as of press time, however, TDLR documents state construction should be finished by September.
The Los Cucos Mexican Cafe menu features fajitas, nachos, quesadillas and tacos, among other Tex-Mex classics.
