WhiteWater Express Car Wash officials celebrated the grand opening of their second Spring-area location in mid-August. The car wash company offers express car washes with high-intensity tri-foam polish, wheel cleaning, rain repellant, tire shine and flash dry. Membership plans and free vacuums are also available.
