Prohibition Texas, which opened March 2 at 26420 Preston Ave., Spring, in Old Town Spring, has opened its upstairs cigar lounge, The Vault, owner Brad Stees said May 7. The lounge is for cigar club members, and day memberships are available. The bar features cocktails made with local juices, fruits, herbs and purees.
