PopsiBar celebrated its grand opening Oct. 8 at 8312 Louetta Road, Ste. C, Spring. Patrons of the new dessert shop can choose from 18 flavors of gourmet made-in-house popsicles that can then be dipped in dark, white or milk chocolate, and coated in an array of toppings, such as nuts, fresh fruit and sprinkles.
