Pilates to indoor inflatable parks: see 5 new and upcoming spots in Spring-Klein to get active

Mini-pitches are hard-court, customized surfaces intended for soccer pick-up games and programs.

Per a news release, the new pitch is a part of the U.S. Soccer Foundation’s program Safe Places to Play that aims to create 1,000 mini-pitches across the country by the end of the year. Pillsbury was also involved in the addition designed to expand access to soccer and active play.

Faith-driven training community Foundation Iron Gym is coming to Spring in late summer 2026, founders Dean and Wendy Ford confirmed.

Dean and Wendy said they’re aiming for Foundation Iron to be a place where all types of athletes, from experienced to beginners, can train together, and encourage one another to become the best versions of themselves. Alongside a dedicated gym space, the facility will include a functional posing room, community dining and lifestyle meal prep, and wellness rooms, the Fords said.

Indoor inflatable park FUNBOX is coming soon in the Northland Shopping Center, real estate representatives at RESOLUTE RE confirmed.

Different play areas inside the indoor parks include marshmallow mountain, gumball gallop, battle beam, ninja wall, obstacle course, a 23-foot slide and chill zone.
