A law firm specializing in health and intellectual property law has opened in the Spring-Klein area, founder and attorney Josiah Plumley said.
The details
Narya Law opened Aug. 6, with Plumley as the lone attorney. The firm primarily focuses on work it can do through Texas’ Deceptive Trade Practices Act, which allows the firm to pursue cases against food supplement manufacturers, doctors and anyone “in the health space where people are entrusting them with things that go inside of their body,” Plumley said.
“The founding vision of the law firm is to go after them,” Plumley said.
Plumley said the firm can take on any client, regardless of social class, because his attorney fees “come from the people who lied, as opposed to the people who got lied to.”
