New tenants have been confirmed for Grand Parkway Marketplace I at the intersection of Spring Stuebner and Kuykendahl roads near the Grand Parkway, including Potbelly Sandwich Works, Bath and Body Works and Salata. Grand Parkway Marketplace I will include 60 stores and will be open by the end of 2017, Kimco Realty President Rob Nadler said. "We are about 80 percent [leased] in Grand Parkway Marketplace I,” Nadler said. “We anticipate Target to open in the middle of March and junior anchors to open in the middle of March and April.” Junior anchors include stores such as PetSmart and Michaels.
