With its strategic location and thoughtfully planned layout, Elevon is ideal for individuals looking for a mix of modern living and small-town charm.

Located in the city of Lavon, Elevon is easily accessible from the George Bush Turnpike and Highway 78 and provides residents easy access to Lake Lavon. With its strategic location and well-planned layout, Elevon is ideal for individuals looking for convenience and a relaxed lifestyle.

Residents also have access to schools, amenities, miles of trails, and a variety of home builders.

“With all of this we think we have a fulfilled community with diverse tastes where families can bond and grow together and all that makes Elevon very special,” said Allen Jones, Principal at MA Partners, LLC.

The master-planned community recently opened its new Trailside Commons Amenity Center, its first resident amenity center, creating space for residents to relax, exercise, and connect with neighbors.

“We're so excited and so are the residents of our community,” Jones said.

The amenity center’s grand opening marks the first of many resident events within the community. Elevon staff recently hired a lifestyle coordinator who will coordinate multiple social events year-round for residents.

Elevon also offers an extensive 12-mile trail system, including the Inspiration Trail: a large paved trail that runs the entire stretch of Elevon north, from north, and south to Elevon Parkway. Other amenities available now at Elevon, are:
  • Skye Trail, which runs along the eastern edge of Elevon north
  • Sunrise Shores fishing pond and pier with trails running along its edges stocked with Fitness Stations
  • Reflections Park, which features a dog park and plenty of open play space
Jones said outdoor spaces have become increasingly important to home buyers after the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We really wanted to promote the natural setting [of the community],” Jones said. “We have some really nice features, like cascading ponds with overlooks and fishing. We wanted to promote a healthy lifestyle and get people out of the house. We have 18 pocket parks and open spaces all connected by the trail system.”

Additionally, Elevon's proximity to Lake Lavon and Lake Ray Hubbard provides residents with opportunities to enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

As Elevon continues to grow, more amenities will be added to the community, including:
  • Starlight Sports Park: features a playground, an open play space, and a basketball court
  • The Retreat at Elevon: The main gathering space and amenity center at Elevon in the south section of the community, coming in 2025 a resort-style pool complex, which will host a variety of other recreational opportunities for Elevon residents, like pickleball
  • ponds, parks, playgrounds, a dog park, and trails all coming in the southern portion of Elevon
Elevon's appeal extends beyond its physical amenities. Its diverse range of housing options caters to a wide range of residents, from first-time homebuyers to empty nesters. Homes range from the high $200,000s to $600,000. Single-family rental properties are also available.

Elevon works with six different home builders, including
  • DR Horton
  • HistoryMaker Homes
  • K Hovnanian Homes
  • M/I Homes
  • Pacesetter Homes
  • Trophy Signature Homes
  • UnionMain Homes
