Liberty Hill residents looking for a family-friendly lifestyle in the Texas Hill Country need look no further than Santa Rita Ranch. PulteGroup, a new home construction company, has purchased a variety of home sites in the new community and is offering a diverse range of floor plans, providing exceptional choices for potential homeowners.

General Sales Manager Cameron Thomsen said the master-planned community is ranked no. 1 in the Austin area, and no. 15 in the nation.

“Santa Rita has a home for every lifestyle,” Thomsen said. “That’s why we are so excited about Saddleback, the newest phase of Pulte Homes in this great community.

Santa Rita offers robust lifestyle programming featuring a variety of events for community members to enjoy, such as movies in the park, goat yoga, and poker nights.

“Their team has a Director of Fun, who organizes over 100+ events throughout the year,” Thomsen said. “This is really to bring the community together.”

PulteGroup’s newest home sites are in a section of Santa Rita called Saddleback. The Saddleback neighborhood is located on Ronald Reagan Blvd, right next to Divine Savior Academy offering residents convenient access to the community. Residents of the new neighborhood will have access to all current amenities, as well as a future amenity center planned for the Saddleback neighborhood.

Thomsen said Santa Rita Ranch currently boasts over $60 million worth in active amenities, including:
  • The Ranch House
  • The Green Play Park
  • The Hub
  • Regency Clubhouse
  • Memorial Plaza
  • Wellness Barn
  • trails, lakes and parks
  • waterslides, pools and a splash park
Thomsen said the Ranch House features outdoor seating, a resort-style leisure/lap pool, and a fireplace area overlooking the Texas Hill Country, all for the residents to enjoy.

In addition, Santa Rita Ranch staff is currently working on a multi-million-dollar amenity center for Saddleback residents which will include a tot pool, a large outdoor pool, pickleball courts, and a covered pavilion called The Paddock.

PulteGroup is offering three series in Saddleback and is debuting a brand-new fourth option for prospective residents. The floor plans range from 1,600 to 4,000 square feet and are crafted with sustainable new-home technologies that offer healthier, smarter and more energy-efficient homes to help residents thrive.

Thomsen said the Saddleback neighborhood offers more optionality for customers wanting to build a home from the ground up as well as great square footage at a good price point. Pulte homes in Saddleback start in the mid $300,000s and range to the $700,000s.

“Santa Rita truly encompasses Texas Hill Country living: friends, family and true community,” said Thomsen.
