Model home celebration begins Aug. 15
Prospective buyers will have the opportunity to be among the first to see what’s taking shape while touring the new model gallery on Aug. 15 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event will feature an immersive virtual tour of the future Open Wellness + Social Club, Trilogy Chef-led culinary experiences, craft cocktails and curated refreshments, live music from local Houston artists, a closer look at the people, programs, and exclusive experiences, and opportunities to meet Trilogy homeowners and leadership from across the country.
Trilogy Wellness & Brand ambassador Kim Alexis will also attend for meet-and-greets and recipe tastings.
“[Alexis] brings a trusted voice in health and vitality to her role as Wellness Ambassador for Trilogy. An 80's supermodel turned Wellness advocate, she helps shape Trilogy programming, fitness experiences, and lifestyle offerings that inspire Members to live actively and intentionally every day,” Maness said.
Rather than limiting the celebration to a single day, Shea Homes will continue hosting smaller events every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. through the end of September, giving visitors additional opportunities to explore the model homes.
As the first Trilogy community in Texas, Maness said early buyers will have a unique opportunity to help shape the community from the beginning.
