Day after day in high-stakes intensive care units, registered nurse Zhe Song watched patients arrive in acute medical crises from conditions that could have been prevented or addressed earlier.
While emergency medicine excels at treating people during a crisis, Song saw a gap when it came to everyday prevention and support.
Wanting to change that, Song teamed up with co-founder Tadd Riley to launch Living Bliss Wellness Boutique, a destination designed to help people take a more proactive approach to their health.
What is Living Bliss Wellness Boutique?
Living Bliss is redefining what a wellness store can be. While some shops focus primarily on aesthetics or individual services, Living Bliss takes a functional, whole-person approach, bringing together health education, nurse coaching, recovery therapies and clean products under one roof.
The owners describe the boutique as “the supplement between doctor’s visits.” While physicians manage medical exams and acute illness, Living Bliss provides additional support for the daily habits that can influence overall wellness.
“We’re here to help support people with the day-to-day habits and choices that can make a difference in their overall wellness,” Riley said.
That support ranges from personalized wellness coaching to education on supplements and the products people use in their homes and personal care routines.

How does wellness coaching help clients reach their goals?
At the heart of Living Bliss is nurse-led wellness coaching. As a certified nurse coach, Song helps clients bridge the gap between knowing what is healthy and consistently putting it into practice.
“Knowing what to do and actually doing it consistently are two completely different things,” Song said.
Rather than prescribing an overnight overhaul, Song works with clients to design realistic habits tailored to their routines. Coaching covers key areas of daily health, including:
Nutrition and eating habits
Sleep
Exercise and movement
Stress management
Weight-loss goals
Sustainable daily routines
For one client who struggled for years to maintain an exercise routine, Song’s first step wasn’t running miles. It was simply placing workout shoes next to the bed each night. That visual cue helped build mental preparation, eventually leading to a five-minute daily walk and a lasting habit.
What wellness therapies does Living Bliss offer?
Living Bliss offers three noninvasive wellness services designed to support recovery and overall well-being:
Cold plunge: Exposure to cold may help reduce inflammation while promoting resilience, alertness and rejuvenation.
Infrared sauna: Heat therapy can support circulation, relaxation and recovery while helping ease muscle and joint stiffness.
Full-body red light therapy: Targeted light wavelengths are used to support cellular energy and recovery.
Song said the therapies are meant to complement, rather than replace, healthy daily habits.
“Human biology evolved to endure heat, cold and natural light,” Song said. “When you layer a little heat, cold and light on top of your core daily habits, you give your body the conditions it needs to heal. Being healthy can be this easy and doesn’t have to be complicated.”

What clean products and supplements can you find?
Living Bliss takes the same whole-body approach to its retail products, selecting supplements and personal and household products based on ingredient quality, effectiveness and the owners’ focus on cleaner alternatives.
The boutique carries supplements such as protein, creatine, apple cider vinegar, multivitamins, magnesium and fiber. The owners said they prioritize third-party-tested products formulated for absorption while avoiding unnecessary fillers, artificial dyes and preservatives.
The selection also extends to personal care and household items, including laundry detergent and other products designed to reduce exposure to harsh ingredients.
For Living Bliss, selling these products is also an opportunity to educate. Customers can ask questions about what they are putting in and on their bodies, whether they are shopping for a supplement, personal care product or household staple.

How can a holistic approach support better health?
For Living Bliss, wellness is not about one service or one major lifestyle change. The owners believe lasting progress comes from addressing multiple parts of daily life and making healthier choices easier to maintain.
A client might use coaching to build a realistic exercise or nutrition routine, incorporate sauna, cold plunge or red light therapy into their routine, and make more intentional choices about the supplements and products they use at home.
Rather than asking clients to overhaul their lives overnight, Living Bliss focuses on small, sustainable changes tailored to each person’s needs.
“Being healthy is actually not that difficult,” Song said. “You have to figure out what fits into your lifestyle.”

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to book an appointment in advance, or are walk-ins welcome?
Walk-ins are always welcome to shop for clean products, tour the facility or ask questions. However, booking online in advance is strongly recommended for recovery therapies and nurse coaching sessions to guarantee your time slot and prevent long waiting times.
Can I stop by just to ask questions without booking a paid service?
Yes. Community education is a core part of the Living Bliss mission. You are invited to stop in, ask the founders questions about ingredients or lifestyle habits and explore the boutique with zero sales pressure to buy products or sign up for sessions.

Do I need a doctor’s referral to try coaching or recovery therapies?
No referral is required. Living Bliss operates as "the supplement between doctor's visits," offering non-invasive, daily preventative care designed to complement your regular physician care and routine physical exams.
What should I bring or expect for my first cold plunge or sauna session?
You should bring a comfortable swimsuit or workout attire along with a clean change of clothes. If you are new to thermal therapies, the team will walk you through the entire process—including proper breathing techniques for the cold plunge—to ensure your session is safe, comfortable and restorative.
