A workout that challenges seasoned athletes, welcomes complete beginners and can be modified for nearly every level of fitness is coming to Vintage Park this October.
JETSET Pilates Vintage Park opens in October with 50-minute reformer classes built around constant time under tension, curated music and personalized instruction. The locally owned studio will bring the globally recognized brand to northwest Houston with a welcoming atmosphere designed to make it easy to start and find a community.
The studio is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Eric and Jessica Denton. Longtime fitness enthusiasts, they were drawn to Pilates for a practical reason: it is a challenging, low-impact, full-body workout that is accessible on its own and also complements other training modalities.

Jessica Denton, a University of Texas alum, said Pilates has made her a better runner by strengthening her core, allowing her to hold her form longer. Eric Denton, a Texas A&M University alum and military veteran, found the reformer workout familiar for a different reason: the movements reminded him of military calisthenics.
They see the strength, mobility and stability Pilates builds as the reason it appeals so broadly.
“Fitness is freedom. It allows me to do what I want in life and not be constrained by my body,” Eric Denton said.
What is the JETSET Pilates workout?
JETSET takes a modernized approach to reformer Pilates. Each 50-minute class is choreographed to curated DJ-produced music and features continuous movement with minimal interruptions.

Participants flow through a series of exercises targeting the upper body, lower body, core and obliques while instructors provide modifications for beginners and amplifications for more advanced members.
JETSET offers several class formats designed for different experience levels and fitness goals:
JETSET Reformer: The signature 50-minute class combines continuous movement and resistance-based exercises for a high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workout.
JETSET Foundations: A slower-paced class focused on proper form, alignment and technique, making it a good starting point for people new to the reformer.
JETSET Upper Sculpt: Targets the arms, shoulders, chest and back while incorporating core work to improve strength, posture and stability.
JETSET Lower Sculpt: Focuses on strengthening and sculpting the glutes and legs, with core exercises incorporated for balance and stability.
JETSET Pro50: An advanced 50-minute class featuring faster transitions, more complex movements and higher-intensity strength work.
JETSET Pro60: Jetset’s most advanced reformer class, offering 60 minutes of progressive exercises focused on strength, endurance and precision.
Who can attend a JETSET Pilates class?
Pilates is for everyone, the Dentons said. Jessica Denton, who is training to be an instructor at the Vintage Park studio, said instructors teach to the level of the class, so everyone leaves the studio feeling accomplished.
Classes at JETSET Pilates Vintage Park are structured so instructors can scale the work for different fitness levels and life stages without slowing the energy of the room. The result is a studio meant for neighbors who want a serious workout and a place that feels local.

“It does not matter if you are an advanced practitioner in a room full of beginners. Modifications and amplifications allow you to always get a great workout,” she said.
The Dentons believe customer service and a sense of community in classes are the core of what JETSET Pilates brings to Vintage Park. The couple plans to carry that emphasis on personal connections into every aspect of the business. From the front desk staff to the instructors, the goal is to create an environment where members feel welcomed, supported and excited to return.

“The most important thing for anything to be successful is consistency,” Eric Denton said. “If you come here and you find a community, you find fellowship, you find people that you enjoy being with while working toward your fitness goals, you will enjoy the time you spend focusing on your health and even cancel other things to prioritize it.”
How is JETSET Pilates getting involved with the Vintage Park community?
The Dentons’ community-focused approach is already taking shape before the studio officially opens. Jessica Denton said Vintage Park’s welcoming atmosphere and strong concentration of health and wellness businesses made it a natural fit for the studio.
Throughout the summer and fall, the team has hosted “JETSET on the Mat” events at other businesses throughout the community. The pop-up classes have introduced residents to the JETSET experience while helping strengthen relationships with their neighbors.

They plan to continue partnering with nearby businesses after opening, creating regular events for members that bring people together both inside and outside the studio.
When will JETSET Pilates Vintage Park open?
The studio’s official grand opening celebration is scheduled for Oct. 24, though memberships are already available. Founders Unlimited Memberships are 30% below the studio’s opening price and include a founders' bag filled with perks, coupons and discounts from more than 35 businesses in and around Vintage Park.
JETSET Pilates does not require long-term contracts, allowing members to continue month to month after an initial commitment period.

Up until the grand opening, the studio will offer free preview classes. These sessions will allow instructors to complete certification requirements while giving community members an opportunity to experience the workout, provide feedback and get familiar with the studio.
At JETSET Pilates Vintage Park, the ultimate goal is simple: be a place where people feel energized, encouraged and connected.
“The workout is phenomenal, but we're focused on being much more than that,” Eric Denton said. “We're focused on making real connections. That's what JETSET is.”
