Mixed-use development B-Austin Community will open Feb. 1 at 6700 Manchaca Road, Austin. Community Coordinator Gray Godwin said three stories of the two buildings in the mixed-use complex are completed. The development will offer about 6,000 square feet of commercial space, including offices for a doctor of physical therapy, a psychologist and a chiropractor, as well as 14 apartments. Self-care and sustainability are the focal points of the development concept, Godwin said.
