Ian Noble, owner of Rick's Cleaners, is opening a new location of the business at 2614 S. Lamar Blvd., Austin, in December. The local dry cleaning and laundry company started in Austin nearly 30 years ago, and the new location will have a parking lot as well as a drive-thru.
