Alamo Drafthouse anchors Slaughter Lane retail center
Parkside Village is a commercial center of six buildings, totaling more than 80,000 square feet, being developed by Stratus Properties.
Stratus Properties has said it is very pleased with strong interest in Parkside Village, adding that the project is currently 70 percent leased with leases pending on most of the remaining 30 percent.
The City of Austin approved Stratus' initial site plan in October 2009 and a revised plan in December 2010.
The site will feature a variety of shops and restaurants.
