Milestone Brands LLC, formed in February by former Deep Eddy Vodka executives Eric Dopkins and Chad Auler, acquired American Born Moonshine from Nashville, Tennessee-based Windy Hill Spirits on June 1. Milestone Brands, located at 11310 W. Hwy. 290, Austin, also owns local tequila company Dulce Vida Spirits, a maker of premium organic tequila.
