A sale that includes part of the Southpark Meadows shopping center located at 9500 S. I-35, Austin, has been delayed to the second quarter of 2016, RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust said in a news release April 29. The Canada-based company, which owns Phases 1 and 2 of Southpark Meadows, agreed in December to sell its U.S. portfolio to New York City-based company Blackstone Group LP. www.riocan.com
