A Dunkin' Donuts restaurant is coming to 401 Slaughter Lane, Austin, this spring. Construction on the bakery and coffee shop franchise is in progress and will likely be completed by April, said Dale Mulvey, managing partner with Coffee Action West LLC. "We've been working on this site since last Christmas [including negotiations for] the site," he said. The 1,600-square-foot site will feature a drive-thru as well as interior seating, Mulvey said. However, the layout of the new Austin location will vary slightly from the usual franchise build, he said. "This is going to be a little bit different because it's a little bit smaller than our typical site," Mulvey said.
