New and rehabilitated sidewalks and curb ramps will be added from Westcreek Drive to Monterey Oaks Boulevard on the eastbound Hwy. 290 frontage road. The city of Austin’s Public Works Department sponsored the $253,440 project, which is currently in the design phase with construction slated to begin in December. Timeline: Dec. 14, 2016-Sept. 30, 2017 Cost: $253,440 Funding sources: city of Austin Quarter Cent Fund
