Aurora Jones, co-owner of barre3’s Circle C studio, said being part of the community is crucial, and instructors see clients as they are getting groceries and picking up their children from school.[/caption]
The strength of Pilates and the mindfulness associated with yoga meet ballet barre fitness during workouts at barre3, Circle C studio co-owner Aurora Jones said.
Jones opened the company’s third Austin-area location along with Kim Miller and Tara Heavner in October 2014.
The studio provides members with 60-minute workouts—new member specials include three classes at $30 per class and one month of classes for $99—that aim to improve health, balance, core strength and physical fitness. Recipes are also part of gym packages.
The business aims to reinforce principles that connect physical and mental health, she said.
