Urban Betty Salon, a full-service hair and beauty salon, will open its second location in the Public Lofts building located at 4361 S. Congress Ave., Austin, in March. The salon, which first opened its doors in Central Austin in 2005, offers haircuts, highlights, speciality coloring and facial waxing.
