Median Southwest Austin home prices last month increased by 2.3 percent year-over-year, according to February real estate data released today by the Austin Board of Realtors, or ABoR. Although Southwest Austin's February home prices were higher than both the statewide and Austin-Round Rock Metropolitan Statistical Area, or MSA, averages, the region's median home price is still below the Travis County average by $5,400.
