Boutique flower shop and event design studio Fragrant Nirvana held its soft opening Sept. 20 at 31560 RR 12, Ste. 204, Dripping Springs. According to owners Morgan Jackson and Sandy Parsons, the new business specializes in flowers by the stem, bouquets, and wedding and event floral design.
