These commercial, residential and nonprofit projects were announced or in progress last year. Here’s what is happening now.
1. All Saints Presbyterian Church is constructing its first church campus and plans to move into the new facility at 7816 Rialto Blvd. in May. The organization broke ground in January 2015. The campus will include a sanctuary, classrooms and church offices. 512-732-8383. www.allsaintsaustin.org2. Work is about 80 percent complete on the first phase of AMLI Covered Bridge at 8715 W. Hwy. 71, and work on the second phase is underway. One-, two- and three-bedroom units are available for pre-lease, and about 10 percent of the units are already pre-leased. 512-490-3003. www.amli.com
3. Construction for coffee shop and eatery Barley Bean at the GreenView at Barton Creek condominiums began Dec. 12 at 3600 S. Lamar Blvd. Construction of the building was completed in December, and Barley Bean’s construction is set for a May completion. Move-ins began in January. 512-442-8439. www.greenviewaustin.com
4. Developers of mixed-use project Belterra Village at Hwy. 290 and Nutty Brown Road continue to line up tenants for the property, a mixture of shops, restaurants, residential and other uses. Construction is scheduled to start early this year, with a scheduled completion in 2018. www.endeavor-re.com
