Pinky's Smash & Sip recently opened in South Austin, serving smashburgers and specialty drinks.

The details

The restaurant serves freshly smashed Angus and Wagyu burgers, and sides such as mozzarella sticks, onion rings and jalapeño poppers.

Also on the menu are hand-spun milkshakes, energy drinks and dirty sodas such as the Barton Springs with Sprite, blue raspberry and pineapple, and the Austin After Dark with Dr. Pepper, coconut, toasted marshmallow and toasted cream foam.
