A new townhome community—4101 Menchaca Townhomes—wrapped up construction in August.

Located on Menchaca Road, the development consists of 10 modern, three-story townhomes. The homes feature 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom layouts of about 1,700 to 1,800 square feet, Scandinavian-inspired interiors and private fenced yards.
Residents also share a fenced dog park and a social grilling area. Radio Coffee & Beer is located directly across the street, Jason Cheng, principal and Austin director of DTJ DESIGN, said in an email to Community Impact.

Builder Drake Tappe and architecture firm DTJ DESIGN used the narrow lot to guide the townhomes' architecture. Townhome sales prices start at $685,000, or $4,000 per month to lease, and the units feature natural light, tall ceilings and natural stone countertops, Cheng said in the email.
