The 15,000-foot space will operate as a cocktail bar and music venue, inspired by the brand’s Straight Bourbon Whiskey, “The Musician.” Still Austin Quarter is an expansion of the existing facility, which includes the distillery, a tasting room and a whiskey garden.
The new venue is divided into four areas:
The Atrium
The Vinyl Lounge
The Music Room
A private event space
Still Austin Quarter can accommodate up to 500 guests and the outdoor area alone includes 125 seats.

The details
The cocktail menu will be created using Still Austin’s spirits, and the food was designed to complement the cocktails, according to a news release.
Guests can enjoy live music Thursday through Saturday nights in The Music Room. A DJ will spin nightly in The Vinyl Room.
Quote of note
“The Still Austin Quarter is everything we imagined when we thought about what it would mean to bring The Musician to life beyond the bottle,” co-founder and CEO Chris Seals said in the release. “Each room inside The Still Austin Quarter captures a unique moment in her life and is a reflection of Still Austin’s creative vision, consistent devotion to craft and quality and the community at the heart of it all.”
