Meet the owners
Dr. Anil Kashyap and Kristina Kashyap are the local owners behind Rêve Plastic Surgery. Anil is a Johns Hopkins-trained plastic surgeon, and Kristina has a background in design and hospitality.
"I performed more than 900 surgeries in a single year at my last practice, and I saw what high volume does to patient care," Anil said in a news release. "People stop being patients and start being slots on a schedule. Consultations get rushed. Follow-ups get handed off. That is not how this work should be done. At Rêve, I take two cases per day. I run every consultation myself. I see every patient at every follow-up. It is slower, it is harder and it is exactly what this field has been missing."
