Skip’s Beer, Wine & Liquor
The liquor store leased a new space for its first Austin location, according to a news release from Resolut RE, a commercial real estate company. The store sells a variety of beer, wine, liquor, mixers, snacks, bar accessories and non-alcoholic beer, wine and spirit options.

Hao-Hao Vietnamese & Chinese Restaurant
The restaurant could open a new location in Arbor Trails, per a project filing. The restaurant previously operated off William Cannon Drive before its original owners retired and served a variety of Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine such as pho, vermicelli, egg foo young and more.
Quickie Pickie
The neighborhood cafe and grocery store could open a second location, per a project filing. Quickie Pickie serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, Counter Culture Coffee, wine, and has 27 beers on tap. The shop is also known for carrying a small stock of groceries, snacks and household items.

H-E-B Brodie Lane
The grocery store is undergoing renovations to its parking lot, including new asphalt and paint. Temporary changes and parking lot closures will be in place until mid-September, per a store sign.
Hilton Austin Southpark Hotel
The hotel is undergoing a full renovation, inspired by “Austin’s vibrant culture, creativity and energy.” Guest rooms are being redesigned, and the team is adding a new restaurant and bar concept.
