A South Austin barbecue joint is growing, with plans to move its operations into a bigger space and expand the menu at its current location.
What’s happening
Moreno Barbecue announced on Instagram plans to move into the former Green Mesquite BBQ space at Southpark Meadows. The barbecue restaurant closed in April but is continuing operations at its Barton Springs Road location.
According to the post, the future Moreno Barbecue space offers a bigger dining room, a covered patio, a full bar and a larger kitchen.
