The boxing studio offers workouts that incorporate rowing, punching and lifting.
According to a press release, the studio has a custom-designed boxing ring and is equipped with over 250 pieces of equipment.
Jabz Boxing also has a punch tracking system called Jabz K.O. that allows clients to track their results.
