Jersey Mike’s Subs on William Cannon Drive celebrates 15th anniversary

The Jersey Mike’s Subs location on William Cannon Drive celebrated its 15th anniversary Sept. 3.

The sandwich shop, which opened in 2008, is owned by Manny Hernandez and Jeanette Eddy-Hernandez. They also own two other locations in South Austin at 600 E. Ben White Blvd., Ste. 350, and 3005 S. Lamar Blvd., Ste. D-111.

Jersey Mike’s Subs is known for its hot and cold deli sandwiches.

Hernandez said he was proud of his team.

“I'm very grateful for the team members that work inside our restaurant and how fortunate I have been to have many team members that have worked many years with us,” Hernandez said.
