South Austin will get a new addiction resources center in January.

Arise Recovery Centers will open a location in Oak Hill in mid-January, according to Amy McKee, the company's director of operations.
This will be the company's 12th location. There is another Austin location at 7600 Burnet Road, Ste. 130, and others throughout the Dallas and Houston areas.
Arise Recovery Centers offers intensive outpatient programs for substance use disorders and mental health issues. The South Austin center will host group meetings three days a week. McKee said those interested in services can begin at the North Austin location or in telemedicine and transfer to the South location when it opens.
Arise Recovery Centers will host an open house for the new location from 11:30 a.m.- 2 p.m. on Jan. 15.
