The Statesman, a new American restaurant that aims to function as a supper club—a restaurant that doubles as a sophisticated social club—will open doors in downtown Austin in early 2024.
On the menu
The Statesman will serve elevated American classics, including seafood towers, ceasar salads, hasselback potatoes, and pimento mac and cheese. For the main course, The Statesman offers a cacio e pepe dish with roasted mushrooms, roasted chicken breast, ribeyes and filets.
The drink menu includes classic cocktails with a twist, such as the old fashioned made with tequila and a sprinkle of cinnamon, a margarita with a touch of ghost pepper and an “upgraded” paper plane.
