Jo's Coffee expands downtown footprint to include The Waller

Jo's Cofee opened its seventh location in early March near Waterloo Park and Symphony Square, at The Waller—a new residential building in the area.

The food menu at Jo's Symphony Square offers breakfast and lunch tacos for vegans, vegetarians and omnivores alike. Other options include breakfast sandwiches, yogurt parfaits, oatmeal and more.

Beverages include Jo's signature drinks, such as the medium roast house blend and the Iced Turbo, which is made with coffee, espresso, hazelnut, chocolate and cream.

Drinks can be customized with shots of CBD, espresso or flavored syrups.

Seasonal drinks, such as the Strawberry Matcha Lemonade and the French Toast Latte, are also available for a limited time.

Libations such as local craft beers, mimosas and froses are also options at the Austin-based coffee shop.

Jo's Symphony Square partnered with local designer Michael Hsu to create the aesthetic for the space, which includes custom-designed communal tables, leather seating, terrazzo tile and copper accents.
