Tenured coffee and taco bar, Stinson’s, has shuttered its North Austin location on the corner of 45th Street and Burnet Road this month, announcing that the concept will be reopening in a nearby food trailer.
The details
The coffee shop and bistro has long boasted a collection of breakfast and lunch food items as well as a list of coffee, tea and other beverage options. According to the company’s website, a new menu will be unveiled soon.
The new trailer is currently working though the final details of permitting with the city of Austin and is expected to be open to the public within a couple of weeks.
